Hello I ordered this hair on Sunday and to my surprise it arrived as promised on Wednesday. It was very well packaged and included Two free wig caps. also there was a 15% off coupon included inside the box. The hair is very nice and looks natural. However initially it did seem a little dry. But after adding some light oil For moisture and some styling mousse it was refreshed and hydrated. It looks absolutely beautiful I really love this wig! Thank you I will purchase again
