Delivery came in very fast. Ordered Thursday received it Monday. Hair is so soft and doesn't smell bad. This is my 5th time ordering from Stema and I am never disappointed. I always bleach and dye the hair each time at least twice and it maintains its quality. I'm a loyal customer because the quality of service and hair is top notch. I haven't installed it yet but when I bleach, dye and install the hair. I will do another feedback.
