I ordered my hair June 3rd & I got it June 7th ... I was amazed that it took 4 days to get to me . When I first opened the box and looked at each bundle they were soft . I ordered a 14" frontal and two 14" bundles body wave. I immediately made a wig and I colored the hair , I processed it twice and it's still nice and soft. I will definitely be ordering again
