I ordered on the 25th and got it on the 30th. The hair is soft and the knots are small, I haven’t installed it yet, I’m going to dye it ash blonde and then install it in September and update the review with more pictures but so far the hair is soft. But I did order a 13x4 and the side of the wig is still small, and I wanted a deep side part so I’ll have to see when I install. the lace is transparent which is fine.
